CALIFORNIA GOURMET INC. is located in Madera, California, and we ship from either our local or subsidiary Distribution Center in Palo Alto, California, via USPS to all locations served by USPS.
Delivery: All in-stock orders ship USPS priority, and should be received within 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise. Please allow additional 2-3 business days for orders fulfillment. Please note that all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. When multiple shipping addresses are requested, each address requires a separate order (delivery charges are calculated per address).
In order to better serve you, please provide us with your telephone number and/or e-mail address in case we need to clarify your order.
To place an order simply use our online ordering system via this website. At this time we do not take orders by phone.
After the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and info to track your shipment.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Despite all the care and controls we routinely use to ensure the highest quality in our products, dried fruits may occasionally present foreign materials such as stems or a piece of wood. In the unlikely event of defective quality, CALIFORNIA GOURMET INC. will refund or replace items found to be qualitatively defective. At checkout your shipping includes the protection of your items in transit offered by UPS. At this time we do not offer a cancellation policy.
CALIFORNIA GOURMET INC. reserves the right to change prices without notice and correct any typographical errors.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
At this time you can only order online through our webstore. We do not take orders by phone. Click on the ADD TO CART button next to the item you wish to order. Your product will be placed in your shopping cart. Once you are finished shopping click the checkout button. Instructions for the remaining steps will appear on your screen for delivery and payment options.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?
When you place an order with us, we send you an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order and that we will process it for delivery. Please allow two to three business days for order fulfillment, in addition to the estimated delivery time for your choice of delivery.
Once your order has shipped we send you another e-mail confirmation. Please be aware that we do not offer a cancellation policy at this time.

WHAT IF I SUBMITTED AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please make sure that you check your addresses carefully before submitting an order. In case of incorrect address, as soon as you notice the mistake, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
providing the correct address. If the order has not yet shipped out we will correct it. If the order has already shipped out we will not unfortunately be able to help. Incorrect addresses that cannot be corrected before shipping are subject to a $20.00 service fee.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We teamed up with Paypal to ensure efficient and secure transactions at both your and our end. When you place your order you are automatically directed to the PayPal website for payment options. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. There is a wealth of payment options offered by PayPal and they are all available to you.
